See the Bigger picture

Well its been a crazy few weeks , I have been up and down the transport system so much i think i need to invest in a rail discount card. Spent a lot of time. Re mastering the Resurrection album with Mickey in Northampton , that early morning sunrise has been so familiar at bed time after long recording sessions.

Spent Good Friday spreading the word in Camden with just a drum played by Brandon and my voice which was all we needed to draw people to hear the gospel. And indeed we did , spoke with one man who originally came to us to ask for money , then ended up sharing the Gospel and offering an eternal Gift.

Two weeks later i was in Northampton again, this time for the 2007 Gospel Fest , hosted by Pastor David of the Christ United Pentecostal Church. Brother Sammy and i worked on a track called ‘true love’ that we performed on the night. Earlier that day i spent a while praying for the concert and God dealt with me about what true love was and the spirit led me to forgive those who had hurt me in the past. I remember the day we worked on the track , as we discussed the issues that inspired the song Sammy said something that stuck with me “Guard your heart from the issues of life but keep your heart open to God” The night went well with performances from Meridian flow ,Caleb ,Nu soul ,Izzy , Keisha , Sammy and Myself.

Monday morning it was back to reality at my desk doing secular work but nothing could take the Joy of the past few weeks of doing what God had called me to do , that monday i could of been really down about having to work a 9-5 but i was happy knowing that God has asked me to focus on the bigger picture of what he is yet to show me. I remember having dreams of what i am doing now , and to see it manifesting into reality only shows me that my plans need to continue to be God centred and i will be guided from Victory to Victory into the bigger picture of what God has for me.
